From 2011 to 2017, Voo Min Gin served as a marketing executive at Julang Ceria Sdn Bhd, where she specialized in the timber industry. She played a pivotal role in expanding a new business line within the company, gaining hands-on experience in the Ganoderma sp. treatment in palm oil plantations.
Since 2017, she has been the Director of Syarikat Julang Ceria, overseeing various aspects of the business, including sales/production, information technology development, human resources, legal documentation, and bookkeeping. Her responsibilities extend to corporate strategy development, performance improvement, purchasing strategy, cost analysis, product development, quality control, investments, and decision support.
